Heather Dalton is Vice President, Marketing at Penguin Random House Audio. After beginning her career in magazine and newspaper publishing, she joined Random House’s sales team in 2004. The next year she moved to the Audio division, and she has been touting the benefits of the spoken-word format ever since.

As head of marketing, she has overseen campaigns for numerous best-selling and award-winning authors. Heather’s team has been honored with an Audie award for Excellence in Marketing in recognition of its skill in leveraging analytics, marketplace insights, and consumer trends to develop engaging, impactful campaigns that reach the largest audiences possible.
