Tara Hart, Senior Manager, Backlist, Art Rights and Permissions, heads the team responsible for clearing permission to use the art and design on more than 2,500 titles each year. Prior to joining Penguin Random House Audio in 2016, she worked in the legal department at an academic publisher, as well as both the contracts/royalties manager and audio rights agent at a boutique literary agency. Tara loves working with the cover art and design, as it helps inform what she adds to her must-listen list, which currently spans programs from Temple Grandin and David Grann to Taylor Jenkins Reid and Genevieve Gornichec.
