Editorial, Licensing and Art

The Audio Editorial team is the first stop for every Penguin Random House Audio production. Working in tandem with imprints across Penguin Random House, as well as with agents and out-of-house publishers, this 17-person team acquires English and Spanish language audiobook rights and develops original audiobook productions to create a vast and dynamic catalog of Adult and Children’s audiobooks. In addition, the Editorial team negotiates author narration fees, designs audio artwork and bonus PDFs, and licenses Penguin Random House Audio recordings to international publishers and partners.
