Lauren Díaz Morgan is Senior Manager, Licensing and Business Development for Penguin Random House Audio. Her previous experience on the Subrights team at Random House Children’s Books uniquely positions her to seek out new business opportunities and broker collaborative negotiations, licensing Penguin Random House Audio’s excellent recordings in new formats and on different platforms. She also oversees English language master recording shares with international and domestic partners. Through her work, Lauren hopes to increase accessibility to great stories and foster connections across cultures and communities.
